Embedded go-to-market for B2B tech

We build the revenue engine. Then hand you the keys.

One operator joins your team, takes over the growth function, and drives it to a number you can defend to your board. Then we leave, and the system keeps running.

Built by the operator behind AWS Marketplace's GTM Program — 500+ ISVs, $240M GTM-driven revenue — and nine years growing Dell enterprise from $200M to $500M.

Why embedded

An operator in the seat.
Agencies send reports. We own a number.

Most outside help arrives as a deck and settles in as a retainer. We sit in your pipeline meetings, carry a revenue number with your name and ours on it, and build the machine that hits it. When it runs without us, we leave.

Four doors, one philosophy

Pick the way in.

  1. 01 EnterpriseYou've won the users, not the budget. We build the motion that turns adoption into an organizational contract — the committee, security, and the budget line.
  2. 02 SaaSThe whole go-to-market, built from the ground up: positioning, demand, pipeline, expansion. One system, any cloud, yours to keep.
  3. 03 AWS / CloudYour buyers are on AWS, and so is their budget. We turn a Marketplace listing into co-sell pipeline that compounds quarter over quarter.
  4. 04 Fractional CMOA marketing leader in the seat in weeks, not after a six-month search. Owns the pipeline number like a full-time CMO, at a fraction of the cost.
How it works

Embed. Build the system. Hand off.

01

Embed

We join your pipeline meetings, your Slack, your forecast calls. Your number becomes our number.

02

Build the system

Positioning, demand, pipeline, close. Built live, in your business, while the number moves.

03

Hand off

We hire your team, write the playbook, wire the dashboards, and step out — on call for 30 days after.

What working together looks like

Scoped, fixed-term, built to hand off.

Scope an engagement
“This is how a cloud provider should run their GTM engagement with partners.”
Head of Marketing, Snowflake
“We had enterprise demand hitting an inbox and dying there. Crucible turned it into a pipeline with real deals — at eight times our self-serve price point.”

Case study

AppDynamics: a revenue channel built from zero.

AppDynamics had a strong product and no Marketplace motion. We built the channel from scratch: the listing, private offers, co-sell with the AWS field, and the pipeline process behind it all. Four years later it was a $26M line item.

Scaled in the program we built

Built GTM across the B2B stack.

Some of the 500+ companies scaled inside the AWS Marketplace GTM program we built — the program, not our client list.

The operator

Two decades building B2B revenue at scale.

Nine years growing Dell's enterprise business from $200M to $500M. Seven building the engine behind 500+ companies at AWS. Now, one company at a time.

Hire Crucible and you get Nav. He leads every engagement himself and pulls in a small vetted bench when the scope demands it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you really hand off, or is this a retainer?

We hand off. Every engagement is fixed-term and the exit is planned from week one. Your team gets the playbook, the dashboards, and the keys — and we stay on call for 30 days after handoff.

Who actually does the work?

Nav does, inside your business, alongside your team. A small vetted bench joins when the scope calls for it. Nothing gets passed to juniors.

What do you need from us?

Three things: an executive sponsor who owns the number, honest access to your data and people, and the budget to act on what we find together.

How much does it cost?

It's custom to scope, and we'll tell you on the first call. What we can say now: fees are gated to milestones — you pay as things get built, not for time on a retainer — and it costs less than a mis-hire.

Which offering is right for us?

Enterprise if the product's adopted but there's no organizational contract yet — you've won the users, now you need the budget. SaaS if the whole go-to-market needs building end to end. AWS if growth rides on the marketplace and co-sell. Fractional CMO if the marketing seat is empty. Unsure? Book the call and we'll point you at the right door in ten minutes.

How quickly can we start?

We take a few engagements a year, so it depends when you catch us. The working session takes thirty minutes. If we fit, you'll have a scoped plan within three days.

Let's build the engine, then hand you the keys.
